Who we are

Where we decide how and why your personal data is processed, we act as the data controller; where we process data on behalf of an operator using AIOSTR, we act as a processor (see our Data Processing Agreement).
What we collect
Account data you give us (name, email, workspace name, password hash, billing details handled by Stripe). Operational data you bring into AIOSTR (properties, bookings, guests, vendors, messages), which may include your guests’ and vendors’ personal data — processed on your behalf. Usage data(logs, device/browser info) and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
Why we process it (legal bases)
To provide the service and your account (performance of a contract), to keep it secure and improve it (legitimate interests), to comply with legal/tax obligations, and — for non-essential analytics — on the basis of your consent.
Service providers (subprocessors)
We rely on trusted providers to run AIOSTR: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI), Twilio (messaging), and integrations you connect such as Hostaway, PriceLabs, Chekin and Nuki. Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service. A current list is maintained in our DPA.
International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting and security purposes, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact [privacy@yourdomain]; you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
