1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of AIOSTR, operated by [Your Company Ltd]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use AIOSTR on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it.
2. The service
AIOSTR is software that helps short-term-rental operators automate guest, vendor, compliance, pricing and revenue workflows on top of the tools they already use. Features may change as the product evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, your team’s access, and keeping your credentials secure. You must give accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement.
4. Trial, subscriptions & billing
New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. After that, continued use requires a paid plan, billed per listing and charged through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel any time from billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the data you bring into AIOSTR and for having a lawful basis to process your guests’ and vendors’ personal data, for the integrations you connect, and for complying with the laws that apply to your rentals (including local registration, tax and consumer rules). You must not misuse the service or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
6. Third-party services
AIOSTR connects to third-party services (e.g. Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, PriceLabs). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in AIOSTR. You retain all rights in your data; you grant us the licence needed to operate the service for you.
8. Disclaimers & liability
AIOSTR is provided “as is”. AI suggestions and automations are tools, not professional advice — you remain responsible for decisions made with them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Termination
You may stop using AIOSTR at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for non-payment. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before deletion.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to its courts.
